- Provide professional advice and support in relation to laws and regulations.
- Makes timely enquiries and gather evidence for the prosecution of offences against laws and regulations.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will require substantial relevant experience, with demonstrated ability to apply laws, policies, standards, and procedures. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential, along with the ability to prepare standard business correspondence. A Certificate IV in Government (Statutory Compliance) or similar relevant experience is also required. Additionally, physical agility and the level of fitness, strength and dexterity to carry out labouring and frequent heavy lifting & bending are necessary.
