About the Role

The primary responsibilities of this position include investigating complaints, serving notices, and gathering evidence to support the prosecution of offences against relevant legislation. You will also be required to impound abandoned vehicles and vessels, animals found straying, and other goods and materials illegally placed on land under our control.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will require substantial relevant experience, with demonstrated ability to apply laws, policies, standards, and procedures. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential, along with the ability to prepare standard business correspondence. A Certificate IV in Government (Statutory Compliance) or similar relevant experience is also required. Additionally, physical agility and the level of fitness, strength and dexterity to carry out labouring and frequent heavy lifting & bending are necessary.
