Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Chief Engineer.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and carrying out preventative maintenance throughout the hotel, ensuring standards are maintained for a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and carry out preventative maintenance throughout the hotel
  • Ensure all team members are competent in the safe and effective use of equipment and chemicals
  • Liaise with the General Manager and Financial Controller regarding use of contractors within the hotel
Qualifications
  • Trade qualification in either electrical or mechanical engineering preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience managing a maintenance function within a large multi-storey complex
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office and Property Management System
