Key Responsibilities

About You

We are looking for a strong communicator who is self-driven, able to work independently and within a dynamic on-site team environment. You will have tertiary qualifications in civil engineering and experience in the design, construction, inspection, and/or maintenance of pavement, road, and/or earthworks infrastructure.

You will possess experience in preparing competitive and accurate estimates, job programs, project delivery briefs, and WH&S management plans, quality, environmental, and traffic management plans for assigned projects. Additionally, you will have experience in managing a direct control workforce to successfully undertake construction and maintenance projects.

You will be a proactive analytical thinker with high-level communication skills, able to astutely manage time and work collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver results. Your dedicated commitment to safety and quality is paramount.
