Job Opportunity:
">We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead and influence practice outcomes at the forefront of Victoria's family violence response within the Orange Door.

- Spearhead the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based practice">
- Provide expert consultation on cases involving adults who use family violence">
- Promote and maintain best practice standards in a dynamic multidisciplinary team">
- Collaborate with the Hub Leadership Team to drive meaningful outcomes">
About You:
">You will be passionate about supporting and developing high-quality practice within a team environment
">Demonstrated experience working in a family violence setting and a strong understanding of the dynamics of family violence, risk assessment, and integrated practice is required
