We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our Finance Practice. This individual will be a core member of the finance leadership team, playing a dual role as both a strategic leader and a hands-on contributor.

  • This senior manager will oversee multiple Workday Finance projects across the practice, acting as a trusted advisor to project teams, identifying risks, resolving issues, and ensuring successful delivery.
  • They will serve as Solution Architect on 2–3 concurrent projects, guiding the overall solution design and ensuring alignment with client requirements.

Required Skills:

  • 5-7 years of Workday Finance (or equivalent ERP) implementation experience
  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect or senior consultant on complex Workday projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in sales support, including estimating and presenting to clients
Certifications
  • Workday certifications in Financials or related modules
