The project is a $95M university build that is set to start construction in the coming weeks. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take your career to the next level and work on an iconic project. You will be working closely with a experienced team and reporting directly to the Project Director.
Requirements
- **Bachelor's degree in a relevant field**: You must have a degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- **Proven track record**: You must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
- **Excellent communication skills**: You must be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and clients.
- **Strong organizational skills**: You must be able to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines.
