Are you a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills? We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our team on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone who is customer service-focused, enjoys working in a team, and is results-driven.

About the Role:

  1. Process high volumes of vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  2. Match invoices with purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.
  3. Process invoices and prepare ad-hoc payment runs.
  4. Collaborate with internal and external departments to resolve invoice-related inquiries.
  5. Handle credit card administration, including cancellations.
  6. Manage monthly vendor reconciliations.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records.

About You:

  • Proven experience in Accounts Payable with end-to-end skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and approachable personality.
  • Adaptable and open to change.
  • Strong attention to detail.
