This opportunity is with a medium-sized organisation that operates within the Energy & Natural Resources industry. The company is focused on delivering high-quality services and values precision and efficiency in its accounting and finance operations.

Description

  • End-to-end AP - Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
  • Respond to supplier queries and maintain positive relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth payment processes.
  • Provide support for audit and reporting requirements.

Profile

The successful candidate:

  • MUST be experienced in Pronto system - non-negotiable.
  • Proficiency in accounts payable processes and systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Experience working in an accounting or finance environment.
  • Knowledge of industry-standard software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
