Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Contract Management professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in leading the development and execution of strategic contract initiatives across the full project lifecycle.


Your primary responsibility will be to lead cross-functional teams in delivering commercial solutions that safeguard our interests. You will provide expert guidance to project teams and ensure alignment with broader business objectives.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract management, having successfully managed EPC, Design & Construct, Construction, or Major Civil contracts within a similar industry. They will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to negotiate effectively with stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:
  • • Serve as our primary representative, making timely and informed decisions within contractual boundaries.
    • Collaborate closely with Project Managers and on-site project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
    • Lead the formulation and implementation of procurement and contracting strategies for assigned capital projects.
    • Communicate effectively with Contractors to enable execution of contract scopes of work in accordance with the contract and any other requirements agreed between us and suppliers.
    • Identify and report on all our obligations in contracts at Project, Steering Committee, and Senior Panel levels throughout the contract term.

Requirements:
  • • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Procurement, Project Management, Law, or equivalent in a construction-related field.
    • Strong attention to detail, proactive collaboration, and delivering practical solutions.
    • Well-developed negotiating, critical thinking, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this role.
