Key Responsibilities
  • Making timely and informed decisions within contractual boundaries to safeguard the company's interests.
  • Collaborating closely with teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Developing and implementing procurement strategies for assigned projects.
  • Effective communication with stakeholders to enable contract execution in accordance with contractual terms.
  • Monitoring and reporting on all obligations in the contracts at various levels.
  • Ensuring that all correspondence is complete, factual, and communicated within specified timeframes.

This role requires a strong background in contract management, successfully having managed EPC, Design & Construct, Construction, or Major Civil contracts within a similar industry.
