Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to lead the development and execution of strategic contract initiatives across the full project lifecycle.

This role involves providing commercial guidance to project teams and ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.

  • Serving as the primary representative, making timely and informed decisions within contractual boundaries to safeguard the company's interests.
  • Collaborating closely with project managers and on-site teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading the formulation and implementation of procurement and contracting strategies for assigned capital projects.
  • Proactively communicating with contractors on behalf of the company to enable execution of contract scopes of work.
  • Identifying and reporting on all company and contractor obligations in contracts at project, steering committee, and senior panel levels.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in engineering, procurement, project management, law, or equivalent in construction-related fields.
  • A strong background in contract management, successfully managing EPC, design & construct, construction, or major civil contracts within a similar industry.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in time-sensitive environments, with a focus on detail, proactive collaboration, and delivering practical solutions.
