Lead a Data Governance Framework

Establish and lead a comprehensive data governance framework to improve data quality, integrity, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to manage identity-related data using tools like Informatica IICS.
  • Promote best practices in data stewardship.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of data governance frameworks, metadata management, and master data management (MDM).
  • Expertise with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), including Data Quality, Catalog etc.
  • Proficiency in data profiling, lineage tracking, cataloguing, and business glossary creation.
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations relevant to the field.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional working groups and facilitate consensus among stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to interpret complex data flows and integration patterns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for engaging with leaders.
  • Experience with data visualization or reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) to communicate governance insights.
