Role Overview:The Director of Market Operations and Consumer Services is responsible for leading the delivery of market operations and consumer services within a high-performing, inclusive culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight and integration of diverse teams to deliver market operations and advance policy and regulatory initiatives that benefit consumers.
- Advising senior executives on pricing, policy, and regulation.
- Representing the organization to influence internal and external stakeholders towards set objectives.
- Ensuring high-quality documentation, reporting, and communication with senior leaders on relevant projects and activities.
We are seeking an experienced professional who has:
- Demonstrated experience leading a team in a fast-paced, large, complex organisation.
- Substantial knowledge of policy and regulatory change, stakeholder engagement, and data interpretation/management.
- Expert knowledge of energy markets and the role of the Australian Energy Regulator.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to interpret and apply policies and regulations effectively.
