  • Rural Generalist Practice: As part of this program, you will receive dedicated time for professional development, including regular clinical supervision, mentoring, and participation in multidisciplinary education.
  • Quality Improvement Project: You will be supported in developing a Quality Improvement Project, enabling you to drive positive change and improve patient outcomes.
Your Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Current Authority to Practice with AHPRA.
  • A genuine interest in rural health and improving outcomes for people in rural communities.
  • Motivation, flexibility, and a commitment to patient well-being and outcomes.
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Eligibility to drive in NSW.
