Healthcare Professional - Rural Care Specialist

 

Job Description:
  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in rural settings across various healthcare disciplines, including emergency, acute care, aged care, chronic disease management, child health, primary care, mental health, dialysis, and palliative care.
  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, utilizing telehealth technology to provide seamless care.
  • Participate in a rotating roster, fostering strong relationships with patients and their families, ensuring continuity of care throughout the community.
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse or equivalent qualification, with experience in triage and Advanced Life Support.
  • Ability to work flexibly across rural health sites and participate in a 24/7 roster as part of a multipurpose service.
