Podiatry Career Development Program
The Podiatry Career Development Program is a comprehensive initiative designed to support newly graduated podiatrists in gaining diverse clinical experience in rural communities.
- Participants will have the opportunity to rotate across different teams and clinical areas, building a diverse clinical skillset and enhancing their professional development.
- They will provide podiatry services across various clinical settings, including acute hospital care, community, and outreach services.
- A key aspect of the program is regular clinical supervision and mentoring, with dedicated time for professional growth and development.
- Program participants will also have the opportunity to develop a Quality Improvement Project with support from senior staff.
- Further study in rural generalist practice is also available as an option.
