
Senior Contract and Purchase Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Procurement Specialist for a temporary assignment. This role will support procurement processes across the organisation, including Request for Quotations (RFQs), Expressions of Interest (EOIs), Tenders, and ongoing management of contracted suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and hands-on support for procurement processes
- Assist with documentation, submissions, evaluations, and moderations for RFQs, EOIs, and Tenders
- Maintain and monitor contractual records
- Manage the lifecycle of contracted suppliers, including performance reviews
- E nsure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and directives
- Support the development and maintenance of reporting systems to measure procurement outcomes
About You: We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of procurement and contract management, ideally within a larger organisation. You should be confident working independently and collaboratively, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach. Our ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent vocational experience, as well as demonstrated experience in RFQ, EOI, Tender processes and contract management.
