About the Role:

We are currently business partnering with a national supplier to source an experienced Financial Systems Analyst. This role will be responsible for managing standard costs and optimising their NetSuite system within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a blend of costing expertise, systems knowledge and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and review standard costs for raw materials, manufacturing overheads and labour.
  • Administer and support the ERP system, ensuring alignment with operational needs.
  • Maintain supplier and item setup, including price increases on raw materials.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting and issue resolution for the ERP system.
  • Create and maintain documentation for internal processes and systems, ensuring compliance.
  • Maintain costing models for new product development and assist with annual budget updates.
  • Analyse production costs and recommend improvements for efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Experienced with an ERP system, ideally in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
  • Strong background in systems administration, including configuration and support of finance/accounting applications.
  • Solid understanding of business processes and their integration with ERP systems.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Cost Accounting, ideally in an FMCG environment.
  • Advanced Excel modelling and data analysis skills.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to pivot between tasks as required.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong stakeholder management ability.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
