**The Opportunity**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide key stakeholders with data analytics support for key commercial functions of the business including Dealer Development and Sales & Marketing and assist teams to achieve overall strategic objectives.
- Scope, implement and develop business / technology solutions for medium to high level complexity tasks / projects, which aim to improve the overall visibility of PACCAR Australia’s dealership network performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal and external IT stakeholders regularly to improve system and reporting efficiencies through integrated business system solutions.
- Take on various special projects as required from time to time, relating to the improvement of dealership success, or personal development.
- Prepare business use cases, create, and design clear system specification, user manual and training documentation and conduct training where required.
- Manage the implementation of a new technology or system process changes.
- Develop system test plan and conduct adequate testing to ensure acceptable quality and integrity of the system, troubleshoot to fix issues and provide support services for IT projects.

**What we like about you**
- Business / Commerce / IT degree qualified.
- 3 years + business analysis / optimisation / improvement experience.
- 2 years + experience in project management.
- Strong MS office skills, including database (highly desired).
- Strong user experience with cloud-based SQL data lake and front-end reporting tools (Eg Tableau).
- Six Sigma experience and qualification (Green Belt).
- Building your negotiation experience.
- Familiarity of automotive dealerships.
- Highly capable with day-to-day decision making.
- A strong eye for detail.
