Business Continuity Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of business continuity strategies and disaster recovery services.
This role involves ensuring the delivery of exceptional results to our customers and internal stakeholders through high-quality service delivery, with a focus on aligning disaster recovery readiness with customer service continuity plans.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in commercial IT, with expertise in both mainframe and client/server technologies. They should possess thorough knowledge of information systems, operating systems, databases and networking.
Key responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams in assessing, developing and coordinating recovery environment requirements and plans, as well as identifying recovery requirements for new applications and systems.
You will also be responsible for managing the implementation of recovery and availability techniques and technologies, reviewing periodically for ongoing validity, maintaining monthly status reporting, plans and other disaster recovery documentation.
In addition, you will lead and represent our business on behalf of clients, delivering high-quality services ensuring compliance with relevant policies, processes and procedures.
