Job Title:


Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with business stakeholders to conceptualize and implement disaster recovery plans in line with relevant legislation and organisational insurance requirements.
  • Drive the development of strategic business continuity plans by identifying recovery requirements for new applications and systems, and managing implementation of recovery and availability techniques and technologies.
  • Maintain accurate and timely monthly status reporting, plans, and other disaster recovery documentation.
  • Represent the business continuity service on behalf of stakeholders, promoting compliance with relevant policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Foster high-quality business continuity services ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Cultivate effective relationships with stakeholders, promoting understanding of relevant processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Able to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Deep knowledge of business continuity planning principles and practices.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with relevant legislation and organisational insurance requirements.
