Drive Thru Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to lead our Drive Thru team. As a Drive Thru Manager, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Leadership Skills: We are looking for leaders who can inspire and motivate their teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Operational Expertise: You will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the Drive Thru, including rostering, recruitment, stock control, and compliance.
  • Talent Development: As a Drive Thru Manager, you will support your team members with check-ins, performance reviews, and development plans to help them grow professionally.
  • Financial Management: You will be responsible for managing profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs to ensure the financial success of the Drive Thru.

As a Drive Thru Manager, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Area Manager and other senior leadership team members to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong operational expertise, and the ability to develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth.
