What You'll Be Doing
  1. Lead the Way: Drive engagement and results with your team of 20–50 team members.
  2. Own the Ops: Manage rostering, recruitment, stock, and compliance with support from your Area Manager.
  3. Grow Your Crew: Support your team with check-ins, performance reviews, and development plans.
  4. Keep the Numbers in Check: Manage profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs.
  5. Champion your Community: Lead our Local Matters program to support and engage local groups.
  6. Support the Restaurant Manager: Assist the Assistant Drive Thru Manager in daily operations.
