We are seeking a dynamic and motivated professional with a background in Café Management, Training Management, or similar QSR operational roles.
If you're an experienced leader looking to take the next step in your career with a fast-paced and innovative brand, this role could be the perfect fit for you.About the role:Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, as Operations Support, you will be a key member of the Operations team and work to support Franchisees, Area Managers and Store Managers in driving growth of their store/s through specialised and targeted training and support.Key Duties:Provide initial and ongoing instore training demonstrating exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environmentSupport Franchisees, Area Managers and Store Managers in the growth of their stores through specialised training and supportTake charge of coordinating new store openings and managing the resale process for existing locations.Execute and report on store visits according to brand standardsAssist with the rollout of company projects, campaigns and brand promotionsInterstate and regional travel for the role is requiredDemonstrate exceptional customer serviceExcellent interpersonal skillsPassionate about the brand and brand initiativesFamiliarity with POS systems, inventory management software, and operational workflows is advantageous.The perks:Lots of coffee
