This is a senior role focused on structuring and advising on complex real estate debt transactions — from origination through to post-close portfolio oversight.
Key Responsibilities:- Leading credit evaluation of CRE debt transactions, including modelling, due diligence, and risk assessment
- Structuring optimal debt packages and preparing detailed debt information memorandums
- Managing lender relationships and navigating the credit approval process
- Advising clients through all stages of the financing process, from pre-bid through to financial close
- Monitoring ongoing credit risk and portfolio performance
- Mentoring junior team members and contributing to internal best practices
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years' experience in CRE finance, credit, or banking, with strong understanding of debt structuring, credit risk, and real estate market dynamics. Advanced modelling and analysis skills are also essential, as well as excellent communication skills and sound commercial judgement and leadership ability.
