We're seeking a Director – Credit Advisor to a boutique but high-performing Sydney-based team.
This is a senior, strategic role focused on structuring and advising on complex real estate debt transactions — from origination through to post-close portfolio oversight.
What you'll be doing: Leading credit evaluation of CRE debt transactions, including modelling, due diligence, and risk assessment Structuring optimal debt packages and preparing detailed debt information memorandums Managing lender relationships and navigating the credit approval process Advising clients through all stages of the financing process, from pre-bid through to financial close Monitoring ongoing credit risk and portfolio performance Mentoring junior team members and contributing to internal best practices Who you are: 7+ years' experience in CRE finance, credit, or banking Strong understanding of debt structuring, credit risk, and real estate market dynamics Advanced modelling and analysis skills Excellent communicator with sound commercial judgement and leadership ability Experience managing senior client and lender relationships This is a rare opportunity to step into a hands-on, front-office advisory role with exposure to Australia's most prominent real estate investors and lenders.
