Project Support Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Project Support Specialist to join our team in delivering critical projects across Crown Lands and Public Spaces.

The successful candidate will be involved in supporting the development and delivery of portfolio, program, and project management. This includes monitoring project plans, milestones, and deliverables to ensure alignment with approved timelines, quality standards, and compliance with portfolio, program, and project management methodologies.

  • Effective communication with stakeholders to provide program and project status reports and address implementation issues is crucial.
  • Managing multiple program and project support activities in a high-pressure environment will be a key challenge.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships across divisions is essential for effective coordination and achieving project objectives.

Experience in finance and/or program/project management is particularly valuable in ensuring projects are delivered within budget and meet financial targets.
