Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team in Sydney. This is a long-term contract opportunity that requires full unrestricted work rights in Australia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing dedicated coordination support across multiple project delivery teams, assisting in planning, tracking, and delivery of projects.

  • Track project status and provide updates to relevant stakeholders on progress, risks, and any variances to the plan.
  • Prepare project reports, including key metrics, risks, budgets, performance, and overall project progress.
  • Coordinate and deliver organisational reporting on risk, financial data, and people metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification in business administration or equivalent experience in program coordination.
  • Certification in Project Management with practical knowledge of project management tools and phases.
  • Experience in a large IT PMO and transformation projects.
  • Proficiency in Jira, MS Project, Confluence.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project evaluation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build productive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
