About This Role- This position involves working as part of a dynamic team to ensure the successful delivery of major projects.
- Main responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with the drafting team to organize engineering submittals and production drawings,
- Scheduling customer orders with our production sites,
- Liaising with customers on delivery requirements and project status,
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly progress claims
- Preparing reports for senior management,
- Operating ERP systems to record, document or capture information,
- Preparing project folders and documents,
- Supporting incoming enquiries from staff, subcontractors and clients.
- Requirements for the role include:
- Experience working in a construction business in a project co-ordination/administration or similar capacity
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluent English language skills with strong written and verbal communication skills
- A keen eye for detail, strong work ethic and ability to multitask
- Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
