Senior Operational Director, Multi-Site Business Centre

The Business Services Directorate at Eastern Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Associate Director, Business Services. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Business Services team to achieve strategic objectives and improve operational efficiency across the organisation.
You will work closely with the Business Services Director and Team Leaders to develop and implement business solutions that meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders. Your expertise in process improvement, change management, project administration, and risk mitigation will be critical in driving continuous innovation and improvement within the Business Services teams.
As a leader, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and for engaging, inspiring, and motivating our teams to achieve operational and strategic objectives. You will also be supported to develop skills and knowledge in the numerous systems and processes we administer.
The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership, organisation, administration, communication, and customer service skills. They will have experience driving improvement initiatives and identifying opportunities for operational efficiency, as well as a strong customer service focus and commitment to ongoing learning and development.
The role is a full-time, two-year fixed-term contract with a competitive salary package and excellent employee benefits. You will be required to work between multiple Eastern Health sites to adequately support our teams.
