About This Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our Care team at our Moran Sylvania home. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality nursing care and support to the changing clinical needs of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Evaluate Resident Care Plans: Develop and evaluate individualized resident care plans, taking into account their unique needs and preferences.
  2. Provide Clinical Services: Provide clinical services such as wound management, medication management, and palliative care.
  3. Liaise with Healthcare Professionals: Liaise with medical and allied health professionals, as well as residents' family members, to ensure comprehensive care.
