About the Role
You will be working in the Batemans Bay area, providing support to our IRT home care customers by assisting them with daily tasks, promoting independence, and enhancing their quality of life while remaining in the comfort of their own homes.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Certificate III/IV in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent qualification
- At least 500 hours of professional Home Care/Aged Care experience
- A Medication Competency Certificate or willingness to obtain
- Current First Aid Certificate and CPR certification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a second language being a bonus
- Resilience and ability to work independently
