Procurement Support Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Procurement Support Assistant. As part of our dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

In this position, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the procurement team, including asset management, data maintenance, and reporting. Your duties will also include assisting with onboarding staff, purchasing, and HR responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of internal and external assets
  • Conduct regular asset audits to ensure data is up-to-date
  • Report monthly procurements to management and the procurement lead
  • Communicate effectively with directors and head operations when the procurement lead is absent
  • Assist the procurement lead in securing best rates and margins for purchases and sales
  • Maintain a database of customer and supplier contracts (MSAs, Rates)
  • Ensure compliance with procurement processes and SLAs
  • Negotiate vendor and partner agreements and contracts
  • Deliver quotes efficiently with high accuracy
  • Liaise with partners on logistics and maintain quality assurance in procurement delivery
  • Conduct internal purchases based on requests
  • Perform day-to-day office administration and maintain workplace safety
  • Support operations tasks, such as staff onboarding and offboarding, organizing company events, and maintaining employee information
