Project Management Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned project manager to lead commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of project delivery, ensuring timely completion, within budget and scope.

  • Oversight of project planning, execution, monitoring, and control.
  • Coordination and supervision of subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
  • Development and maintenance of project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Degree in Construction Management or Project Management (or equivalent)
  • Knowledge of EHS laws and regulations is mandatory.
  • Understanding of the NCC and Australian Standards, Building Certification process, and best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to write and manage construction programs.
  • Local experience in construction management is essential.
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Project Manager in construction in ACT, fit-out, or commercial construction experience may be considered.
