Job Title: State Manager Home Assessing

This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the Home Assessing team.

The successful candidate will be expected to lead, motivate and develop the capabilities of their direct reports to ensure the team delivers exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance, support, training and coaching to ensure each member of the Home Assessing team understands their accountabilities and purpose.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive team performance, engagement and technical excellence.
  • Act as the escalation point in complex negotiations and disputes, working closely with the Claims Management Team.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in senior leadership roles, leading teams for at least 5 years.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience and strong knowledge of the Home Assessing, Building Repair and Restoration environment and associated market practices and standards.
  • Experience in leading professional teams and operating effectively as part of a collaborative unit with accountability for business outcomes.
