Corporate & Commercial - Senior Associate/Special Counsel | Law Firm Career Advancement

We are seeking an experienced Corporate and Commercial lawyer to join our team at Hwl Ebsworth. As a Senior Associate or Special Counsel, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of matters, including private treaty M&A, general commercial advice, franchisor work, and corporate governance.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and shareholder agreements.
- Assist in the structuring and documentation of complex commercial arrangements, including procurement, supply, and distribution agreements.
- Work with high-profile franchisor clients and IP, Technology, and Media clients on transactional and general commercial matters.
- Advise on corporate governance and director duties, as well as business set-up, structuring, and shareholder agreements.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in corporate advisory experience, preferably from a reputable firm.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Prior experience in procurement, supply, and distribution agreements, PPSR, IP/IT, and franchisor work is highly desirable.
