To excel in this role, you will require:

  • Current registration as a nurse with the appropriate authorities
  • Thorough understanding of aged care legislation and quality standards
  • Demonstrated knowledge of AN-ACC assessment processes
  • Strong clinical expertise and understanding of age-related health issues
  • Effective coaching and training skills
  • Excellent conflict resolution and emotional intelligence skills
  • A customer-centric approach to service delivery
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Competency in using IT systems
  • Willingness to undergo police checks and NDIS clearance
