About the Role

The Training Systems Supervisor will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs, ensuring that worker and workplace training needs are successfully achieved to MinRes standards. This includes overseeing Learning Management Systems and other training platforms, defining a clear plan for LMS adherence, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.

You'll have the opportunity to contribute to the implementation of a new LMS and lead a small team of training system administrators. If you're passionate about adult learning, technology, and creating impactful training experiences, we want to hear from you.

  • Oversight of Learning Management System and other training platforms
  • Development of a sustainable plan for LMS adherence
  • Collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure LMS effectiveness
  • Advice and support for training requirements
  • Leadership and mentoring of training systems administrators
  • Reporting on training performance using data-driven insights

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Tertiary level qualifications in Human Resources or Organisational Development
  • Demonstrated experience in Organisational Development, Learning and Development, and/or Training
  • Advanced leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems and Microsoft products
