A Rewarding Opportunity

We offer a competitive remuneration package, including between $70,000 - $95,000 per annum, plus superannuation. This is a two-year fixed-term full-time contract opportunity for a qualified Registered Nurse.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated nurse who inspires others while coordinating daily care needs. As a Clinical Care Coordinator, you will deliver person-centred care, working closely with the clinical team to promote high-quality standards. Your leadership skills will be utilised to engage staff and residents alike.

You will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing assessments, managing medications, and liaising with doctors, allied health professionals, and family members. To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Qualified Registered Nurse with AHPRA
  • Minimum 2 years aged care experience
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills and ability to delegate workload
  • Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Experience providing clinical patient-centred care
  • Knowledge and understanding of aged care accreditation standards
  • Understanding of aged care legislative framework and safe medication administration
  • Knowledge and experience with ACFI
  • Excellent computer and documentation skills
  • Empathy and treating others with dignity and respect
