About the Opportunity

This is a fly-in-fly-out position based on the beautiful Tiwi Islands. The 10 days on and 4 days off roster includes morning, afternoon, and night shifts. Accommodation, meals, and flights are all provided.

Important Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have no working restrictions on your visa as it requires full-time hours.

Your Responsibilities

As a Home Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing quality care that supports long-term relationships with customers and delivers our mission through 'being for others'. You will meet the changing needs of customers by providing flexible services including personal care, respite care, social support, domestic assistance, overnight care, and 24-hour support.

Your Qualifications and Skills

  • A current and valid full driver's license,
  • A smart mobile phone
  • The capacity to embrace a role that makes a meaningful impact on the community and yourself,
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with a customer service orientation,
  • The ability to work independently and effectively manage time,
  • Access to the internet and experience using a computer, systems, and applications,
  • Proficiency in using technology such as smartphones, email, and the internet,
