This is a leadership role responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across all channels. The position involves leading the growth and scalability of services, ensuring agility and responsiveness to evolving customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of strategies to enhance customer experience, drive quality frameworks, call monitoring, and issue resolution protocols.
  • Oversee telephony systems and vendor relationships, ensuring call routing, skills-based allocation, and IVR strategies are optimised.
  • Foster a strong leadership culture driven by data, continuous improvement, and change management.
  • Build a sustainable and people-focused unit through succession planning, training, development, and strong team governance.

The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related discipline, with minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within a large, diversified company.

They will possess a strong understanding of business operations, proven experience leading customer service or contact centre environments, and significant commercial and financial management acumen.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within a large, diversified company.
