**Job Role:**

As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our patrons. Our Café/Kiosk Attendants play a vital role in ensuring that our customers have an enjoyable experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide top-notch customer service to all customers.
  • Maintain the appearance and presentation of the café.
  • Replenish condiments as needed.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines.
  • Cashier experience, taking orders and handling cash.
  • Promote the centres services and programs to our patrons.
  • Develop and maintain good working relations with patrons.
  • Provide information on our product range, including promoting healthy food options.

**Skills & Attributes:**

  • A positive, friendly, helpful and energetic work style.
  • Coffee making/ barista skills.
  • Food handling Certificate.
  • Current First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2).
  • Current CPR Certificate.
  • Current Food Handlers Qualification.
  • Police Check.
  • Working with Children Check.
  • Ability to be flexible during the centre's peak periods.
