  • Guest Engagement: Follow the ‘never walk past a problem’ rule, resolve issues quickly, and always go out of your way to make someone’s day.
  • Team Contribution: Support your section and your team by keeping the floor clean, organised, and running with energy.
  • Efficiency & Standards: Work with speed and urgency, keep wait times low, and complete pre- and post-shift tasks with care.
  • Atmosphere: Help create the vibe – think music, lighting, energy, and smiles – because our guests feel what we create.
