Estate and Infrastructure Strategist

As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for setting and delivering long-term estate and infrastructure strategies across UWA's complex 24/7 operating environment.
This role presents an exciting opportunity to play a defining role in the stewardship and transformation of UWA's estate and infrastructure portfolio, driving operational excellence and cultural change.
Main Responsibilities:- Developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance estate and infrastructure performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Overseeing major capital projects and lifecycle asset planning, managing budgets and resources effectively.
- Fostering a culture of innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement within teams.
- Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale capital works, managing high-value asset portfolios, and driving commercial success.
- Strong leadership capabilities, including the ability to develop and implement strategic plans, manage budgets, and build effective teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
