As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for driving the delivery of Transition to Work Services, ensuring operational and contractual compliance and achieving financial targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Requirements
  • You have experience gained from a similar role within Employment Services, which will be key to your success. You will possess a genuine passion for working with people to help them develop and demonstrate proven experience and leadership skills.
  • You must inspire, motivate and coach others to encourage exemplary service delivery. Leading by example and displaying a driven sense of purpose is essential as you promote positive understanding and appreciation of the needs of others - especially job seekers, disengaged youth and people with disabilities.
  • You will bring a proven track record in creating a professional atmosphere by motivating a team within a diverse cultural environment, as well as successfully monitoring performance to achieve business outcomes and KPIs to support positive outcomes for our job seekers.
