Front Office Porter Position

We are seeking a dynamic and guest-focused individual to join our Front Office team. As a key member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to guests from the moment they arrive.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival">
  • Assist with luggage, directions, and general guest inquiries">
  • Provide valet parking services, driving both automatic and manual vehicles">
  • Offer local knowledge and concierge-style recommendations">
  • Maintain the presentation of lobby and entrance areas">
  • Collaborate with the Front Office team to ensure smooth guest journeys">

Key Requirements:

  • ">
  • A valid Australian driver's license">
  • Confidence in driving both automatic and manual vehicles">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service">
  • Physical capability to assist with manually handling luggage, and stand for extended periods">
  • Availability for rotating rosters, including weekends and public holidays">
  • The ability to legally work in Australia on an ongoing basis">
  • Experience in a fast-paced, 5-star hotel in a similar role">
