Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Horticulture Apprentice.

This four-year program offers hands-on experience in maintaining and enhancing green spaces, while also providing theoretical knowledge through weekly classroom sessions.

You will work alongside skilled professionals, gain expert mentorship, and receive practical training leading to a nationally recognised trade qualification.

Upon completion, you will be well-prepared for leadership roles such as Team Leader or Site Manager, equipped with the confidence and skills to make a lasting impact in horticulture.

About the Role
  • Maintain and enhance green spaces at prestigious sites, including private schools, universities, parks, and botanical gardens.
  • Work alongside skilled professionals to develop your skills and knowledge.
  • Attend weekly classroom sessions to build your theoretical knowledge.
  • Gain expert mentorship and practical training leading to a nationally recognised trade qualification.

Requirements
  • No prior experience required.
  • Valid Driver's licence is desirable but not essential.
  • Valid Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain).
  • Valid White Card (or be willing to obtain).
