Professional Healthcare Caregiver

The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality healthcare services to patients. This involves performing health and psychological checks, evaluating patient conditions, and monitoring vital signs. They will also provide disease prevention guidance and advocate for healthy habits.
In addition to these duties, the professional will participate in teaching and training new staff members, continuously assess and evaluate nursing services provided, and ensure effective care plans are implemented. They will work closely with the attending physician and supervisor to confirm changes to patient care plans.
Responsibilities include:
- Admitting new patients and initiating transfers when necessary
- Performing re-certification and resumption of care
- Discharging patients
- Directing patient services
- Preparing and submitting clinical record forms
Required skills and qualifications include limited experience in consultancy, strong interpersonal communication skills, analytical skills, a keen grasp of information technology, personal accountability, and a strong work ethic. Professionals must also be able to interact effectively with vendors and clients.
