We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Caregiver to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents, providing high-quality care and support.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver personalized care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Monitor and assist residents with their medication regime, ensuring accuracy and adherence to prescribed treatments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care, providing a clear understanding of individual needs and progress.
  • Support residents with meals and assist with feeding if required, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, adhering to strict health and safety protocols.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Previous experience as an AIN/PCA, demonstrating a strong foundation in caregiving principles and practices.
  • First aid & CPR certification, ensuring the ability to respond effectively in emergency situations.
  • A current police check, dated within the last 12 months, verifying a clean record and trustworthiness.
  • Two clinical referees, willing to vouch for your exceptional caregiving skills and professionalism.
  • Received Covid-19 vaccinations, protecting both you and our residents from the risks associated with the virus.
  • Flu Vaccination (dated within the last 12 months), preventing the spread of illness and maintaining a healthy environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in working with differing resident needs, showcasing adaptability and compassion.
