Lawyer Position

This is an exceptional opportunity to work independently and solidify experience in estate planning law.

You will have the chance to work on complex, high-quality estate matters while expanding into other areas of practice. You will be working closely with a principal lawyer.

About the Job

  • As a lawyer, you will work on drafting wills, powers of attorney, claims against deceased estates, guardianship, succession planning, trusts, probate, grants of representation and superannuation issues.
  • You will also have the opportunity to expand into other areas of law such as property law and commercial law.
  • We are looking for a candidate with at least 2-3 years experience as a lawyer with strong experience in estate planning law matters.
  • A long-term commitment, excellent attention to detail, advanced communication skills and experience with legal software are required.
